DowntownTX.org is a real estate and building inventory tool for historic Texas downtowns. It is unique in the downtown revitalization field in that it combines multiple types of software commonly used by downtown managers into a single online platform for real estate marketing, basic Main Street building and business inventory work, and historic resource survey data management. DowntownTX.org offers local programs the ability to:

• Inventory their community's downtown commercial building stock including storing and making publicly available historic photographs and historic resource survey information.

• Showcase available downtown buildings and business opportunities in the larger context of the community including connecting investors and developers to properties that are potentially eligible for historic preservation tax incentives.
