Financial Incentives
Every other year, the Texas Main Street office surveys the network through a questionnaire in the 10 Criteria Report on the types of incentives and economic development tools our programs are utilizing. This is the 2019 survey.
There are three tabs covering public incentives, revitalization/preservation tools, and loan funds. (There is also a tab with estimated vacancy rates.) The intent is for the collection of this data to be helpful to programs seeking to best use available local resources or develop new ones. Please let us know if there is any information for your program that has not been properly recorded.
